Buzzwords such as skills shortage, demographic change, talent pipeline, war for talent, new work, gender equality, ESG, etc. are increasingly bringing opportunities and risks in the area of human resources (HR) into the focus of transactions.
"Exogenous" factors such as the pandemic, geopolitical conflicts, recession, energy crisis and rising costs are coming up against demographic and HR policy changes.
