Our new study on executive and supervisory board remuneration of DAX families 2024 will be published soon. We would like to present the results of our study to you and discuss them with you.

The disclosure of executive board remuneration at listed companies plays a key role in ensuring transparency and trust on the part of shareholders and the company. Disclosure of this information is intended to ensure that executive remuneration packages are appropriate and justified.

In our webinar, you will gain insights into the regulatory requirements for disclosure and the current trends in the remuneration of the executive bodies of the Dax families (Dax, MDax, SDax, TecDax). The study analyses the data from the remuneration reports for the 2023 remuneration year. The 160 companies listed in the Dax indices on the reporting date (31 December 2023) are taken into account.

Of particular interest this year are the further handling of the changes in the choice of interpretation pursuant to Section 162 AktG and the gender pay gap. We will also be presenting the functionality of our dynamic online study, the Board Remuneration Analyser.
